Lavash chips.


Baked, not fried. So a pretty healthy alternative to chippies – either pre-dinner or for school lunch boxes.

Simply cut up lavash bread into pieces (size of your choice). Spread out on baking tray.


Spray with oil. Sprinkle liberally with grated parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. Spray again (if you like), and bake in moderate oven till lightly browned and crisp. (Depending on your oven, from 10 to 20 minutes. I turn the tray once usually, and sometimes return some to bake some a few minutes more, but then my oven isn’t the greatest (and doesn’t cook that evenly.)

Try not to eat too many at once.
